Please select the form that corresponds to your participant category. The Organizing Committee has negotiated a conference rate of CNY 380 per room per night, approximately USD 60 for reference only, and has reserved a limited number of rooms for participants.

Submitting a form is a request for booking assistance only and does not guarantee or confirm a reservation. The hotel will contact you directly regarding room availability, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and final booking confirmation.

Please submit your request as early as possible and no later than December 4. Rooms are limited and subject to availability.
